The first time they encounter one of our build sites, most people are amazed at how clean it is. One of the benefits of building modular is a reduction in construction waste by roughly 40%. No nails, scrap lumber, sheet rock, paint, adhesives, grout, tile remnants, plastic scraps, glass shards, or metal shavings have been dumped on the ground only to end up in the storm drain and eventually the water supply or our lakes, rivers, and oceans.
