Our COO, Steve Fader, has been down in Valdosta at the factory going through the finished house. We received our permits this week and are set to begin site prep and foundation work - weather permitting! - in the next week.

Montgomery Near The Square Inaugural Home Construction Completed!

Great news - we have received word from the factory that the model home is finished and ready to go! We're still working on site prep and foundation; the weather hasn't been cooperating lately. But we expect to be able to set the home in a couple weeks. Here are two more photos fresh from the factory. We're still working on getting some more from them. And of course, I'll be tweeting and sharing photos live from the set. Stay tuned for updates!
